I’m a bilingual Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with a unique approach. One that’s YOU-focused.
Rather than lecturing on what you “should” and “shouldn’t” eat, or handing out unappealing diet plans, we collaborate to create diet and lifestyle strategies that work for you and the goals you set for your life.
For a nutrition plan to work, it has to be balanced, realistic, and allow for some wiggle room to enjoy the finer things. It’s why we want to feel well for as long as we can, right? In my practice, I’ve learned to listen to what really motivates people to prioritize their health.
With a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, my methods are evidence-based and backed by research. I also have an Integrative and Functional Nutrition certification, so you can be sure I’m not a “one-size-fits-all” type of nutritionist.
